Mr. Paul T. Quistberg is currently the Head Of Research at Fidelity Strategic Advisors.  He was last Head of Cash Investments Group at Columbia Asset Management. He was part of the fixed income team of the firm. In this role, he was responsible for directing a wide variety of management, investment, and distribution oriented business initiatives. Prior to this, Mr. Quistberg was a Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Fixed Income at Putnam Investment Management, LLC. Prior to this role, he had been Director of Corporate Bond Credit Research, where he led a team which conducted overall fundamental research activities in the high yield, high grade, and money market investment areas. Mr. Quistberg joined Putnam Investments in 1995 and has over 17 years of experience in the investment industry. He has been a Director of Putnam New Flag Euro High Yield Fund Plc since January 17, 2008. He is currently a C.P.A. and C.F.A. charterholder. He holds a B.S. Degree from the University of Connecticut and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
