PLEASE NOTE: If enrolling in VITA will put you over your credit limit, you must first complete and submit an Excess Credit Authorization Form to the Registrar.
If you need to but have not completed this form, please do not continue with your request for enrollment at this time. If this form is required, that must be taken care of before we can address any other issues.
Enrollment Form
Students are only required to attend this course once per week, however the times on StudentAdmin are those reserved to see clients on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday nights. Thus, many students have trouble enrolling because another course conflicts with these times. When this happens we have to ask the Registrar to enroll you manually. Please fill out this form and be patient, as we receive many requests and generally submit them to the Registrar once per week. If something else is preventing you from enrolling, please indicate your issue below. And again, please be patient as it may take a while for us to get to everyone. Thank you!
